Fnb is a ****

I'm banking with First National Bank (FNB) and my card is always transacting R8 every day that I don't know where it comes from and I removed my money to my savings now it leaves me with negative balance that it deducts everytime when I put money.. it has been doing this for the past 6 months I complain but there's nothing.
