I opened an account with an fnb at work and the employee told me that they are out of cards, they will deliver the card at work free of charge and first card issue i free. Now tell me why i am owing 825rands in card fee that i actually never got. i would like my account to be shut down with immediate effect. imagine a whole 825 from your salary gone that you have never been told about.
