FNB is a ****

my money was reserved without my permission or notification on the 24th of January 2024. I literally had to leave work and go to the bank to find out what was happening. they explained they needed to verify the money that came in and they would uplift the reserve within 48 hours. they gave me a number to call if nothing its yet the number goes straight to voicemail. I've been calling since morning and Emailed the RMB ***** department and I am not getting the actual problem. At this point I'm frustrated yet no one is able to answer. apparently the consultants are working from home and cant transfer me to a team leader or line manger. There is no way that such company doesn't have a complaints department. FNB is just a ****.
