FNB is a ****!!

The stress clients have to go through just to close an account is not worth it. I've been to 3 different branches and each with a different story as to why they can't close an account which I was told to settle before closing and I did, now its a field trip each time I try to close it, this has not only stressed me but has affected my credit score and my life. Can I get some assistance to close the account?
