FNB IS A ****!!!!

I am a fnb member, I have 4 funeral policy with FNB one policy ending with 888 was cancelled between July 2024 I am not sure exactly what date.

However because FNB is a **** you have been taking my debating my account ever since and overtime I complain on your app I get a message that my problem is resolved without anyone calling to fix this matter.

On the 26 November I went to Tygervalley mall FNB because my account has been double debited. I spoke to rude agents from the complaints team that refuse to listen and calling me a ****.

I don't want to take this further than it has the service, anxiety and stress FNB has caused me is too much the money that was debited was for rent and right now my kids are kicked out because of this debit order.

I am pretty sure if I was white my case would be treated differently but because I am black and poor my story is being ignored.

All I want is my money back, and then cancel that policy. If this is not done I will continue my campaign on social media as I can see FNB is really good at ****ming people.
