My little sisters money disappeared from her account, she has been going to the bank to understand what is going on with her account and she never receives help. FNB is a **** because if they didn’t ***** the money they would have taken her seriously and assisted her. I will go to every branch and they would all not be helpful. It’s been 3 months now and still nothing. I
