FNB is a *****

The worst bank I can imagine. I reported a *****ulent transaction the same day the transaction went through. Nothing was done to stop and reverse the transaction. What is the point of reporting the matter as soon as one sees the *****ulent transaction, and FNB just sits and does nothing? I don't even get feedback on the case. I have to keep chasing them for answers. Now, I am told they will not refund my money even though I informed them early while the transaction was still pending and had not gone through at the time I reported the matter.
