FNB is ****!

I have been waiting for FNB to clear a transfer from Standard Bank for 3 weeks now. What typically takes 1 day has taken more than 3 weeks!!! One of their consultants eventually came clean by informing us that they are having operational issues with regards to allocating client funds and that their technical team is trying to resolve it. But they have been mum about this. I just think they're holding onto people's monies so they gain interest on people's monies but they still have the audacity to ask for payments to be honoured when they're not doing the same.
