FNB is ****

Yoh I had a cheque account with FNB which i closed due unexplained charges. On closing this account I was told that I cannot close an account while I’m on debt review, I was told to wait few days so they request an lift my status before closing and indeed they called me I went. I was asked to pay an unexplained amount to close off the account since they cannot close it with a negative balance which I paid because I didn’t want anything to do with FNB anymore. Right my account was closed. Now after months of closure I receive a call this morning saying I’m owing FNB and my account has been handed over for collection 😳
