Absolutely worthless and useless bunch of people with pathetic apps. You can't do a simple thing as getting your eBucks pin and must go to a branch. I need to pay something today, a Saturday at the convenience of my home, but now I must wait for Monday to go to a bank to have my eBucks reset.

It seems like your service consultants don't want to help. Called me, confirmed speaking to the correct person. Stated once that she cannot hear me, then all of a sudden "due to no response" she's going to end the call. The manner in which it was done was in such a rush as though she wanted to drop the call and not assist, rather than actually trying to hear me. But in all honesty, i beleive she could hear me but just didnt want to assist. Maybe you guys should listen to the call. I didn't get the assistance i needed by the way.
