FNB is *****
I have logged a ***** case with FNB in 2025 August as someone accessed and bypassed my card credentials with two factor authentication. I have been following up recently with the ***** division who referred this to the dispute division. The dispute division referred the case to ***** division and escalated it. This circular process is in progress and no one division is trying to resolve how someone accessed my details to purchase from my account. The simplicity of checking who accessed my account is in their hands with the digital footprint we leave but their incompetence is spectacular. Using their branched is worse than extracting a tooth and using a government office... and the circle continues where each department refers it to each other
