FNB is 3rd worldish and pathetic.

Most pathetic and ridiculous bank ever.

Trying to make an international transfer to my Uk barclays account to pay my debit orders and it is impossible.

Last week I spent more than 6 hours in the bank during 4 days and nothing has been sorted out. Just forex phone line and the Melrose arch passing the bucket between each other and not helping. The app doesnt even work properly to send international payments.

As I am missing all the debit orders due to they absolute INCOMPETENCY i asked them if they would cover the UK debit order penalties and interest and on top they said no.

I am taking my money away from this 3rd world “bank” as soon as possible, as they are getting me in trouble with the British bank.
