FNB is ****

<p>Despite multiple complaints to the FNB premier suite via email, they fail to contact me. As a result of their incompetence my visa application was affected. They keep saying that they are unable to contact me telephonically despite me informing them that my preferred communication is via email. Bizarrely though, their private clients bankers experience no difficulty contacting me via email or telephonically to sell a product that is more expensive than premier but appears to not be significantly different from it. I have made multiple complaints to the FNB premier suite of which they have never responded to. The team of bankers have displayed limited competence. Everytime I send follow up emails to check the status of my query, a different person responds to me and I have to constantly repeat the same thing to different people without anything actually being done. They then make allegations that they have tried to contact me telephonically and failed, I have no voice messages or numbers in my call log to indicate that I received a call from FNB premier. However, I find an email stating I must contact them telephonically. I previously had a personal banker called Nabeel Davids who was superb, very helpful and efficient. I now have a team of bankers who are inept and ***********. FNB is really deteriorating. I receive such **** service from FNB Premier currently, why should I upgrade to Private and voluntarily pay more for **** service. </p>
