FNB is ***********

FNB is undoubtedly the worst bank in S.A! Their systems, processes and services are pathetic. It is the 2nd time that I have an issue having monies paid to me, each time it takes over 3 days and exceeds their own SLA. It’s a case of having to milk the *** to get milk. I have to follow up with the staff and the employee did not email me as promised. This has caused me embarrassment. A sorry just doesn’t cut it FNB, it doesn’t fix your conduct - for the 2nd time. Get it right and sort my matter.
