FNB - Iphone

Bought an iphone on my FNB credit card, the balance was supposed to be moved to my budget for the reduced interest rate.

I bough the phone end December, it’s supposed to take 7 days to transfer to budget which it hasnt done.

I tried resolving this in secure chat and have been directed from pillar to post, its really very sad that the only way to resolve any issues with FNB is to complain.
