FNB investment withdrawal is the worst nightmare in case of an emergency

I would not encourage anyone to trust FNB with their investment that is not within your control. This is the third time FNB is failing to pay me within their withdrawal stipulated timeframe. Worse of all they giving lame excuses that they waiting for SARS tax directive that the other person who did same withdrawal at his company got the tax directive within three days of submission. It is just within their fibre not to care about their customer emergencies. Be warned think twice because you will be left stranded while having an emergency.
