FNB Investment portal useless, no action on instruction 5 working days later!!!

I uploaded 2 instructions regarding my RA on https://www.investments.fnb.co.za/ website on 02/01/2024, yet today I when I checked the status tab; low and below nothing appears!!! surprise surprise! Because you only do work when we complain!

WTAH is going on there seriously... I re-uploaded it today, you better act on it.
