Fnb investment is useless and not what they say

My dad died last year. January my mom took her money to fnb as investment to get a monthly salary but from january she only received 2 x a monthly salary. The branches is useless and email everytime, no one can help my mom.she dont get salary.two months ago she got 50% of what she is suppose to get. She went to the bank again after not receiving july salary and still nothing. She requested her investment and they said there will be penalty which is fine but it is now again almost 3 weeks and she still did not get her investndnt loose to move her money. Head office phoned last week and said money will be in her account by 20 aug 2024 but still no answer as the money is not yet in. I mean, my father died, how am dhe suppose to psy rent, and even live.

Thank you fir your feedback but i will be more satisfied as soon as my mom can get her investment. Sge withdrew her investnent 3 weeks ago and no one can hekp her.she dies not even get her salary on the investment for 6 months now. Hope that you will sort this out and not with empty promises.

And still after 48 hours still no answer. I got a call but the line was like talking with 7 peopke, you hear nothing. She said she will ohone back and never did. Still have no answer as to where the investment is. Still nothing. Looks like i have to take this furthet as i dont get feedback from anyone.
