FNB ( investment *****)

I'm Sbusiso Maseko, I need help , back in 2015 my father went on pension and took some of his pension money and had it invested with FNB . He invested R 200000 for a period of six months ,the investment date was from 24 August 2015 until 24 February 2016. In 2016 he only cashed out the interest and left the, principal amount of R 200000 for a period of 12 months , but in July 2017 he had an emergency which resulted in him having to ask for R 100000 from the invested R200000, he was told that there is a penalty needed for withdrawal of the money before time, he then left R 100000 still invested which he was going to withdraw on February 2018. February 2018 he went to ask for his investment and he was told that there is no money left in the account and the money was long withdrawn, and we asked for evidence. They shown us that the money was taken out in R 25000,s for three months and they failed to produce documents showing us who took it out the from the investment account. A complaint was lodged and since then the people who assisted my dad from the bank have resigned from the bank..

Please help I don't know what to do now or maybe is this how you ( FNB ) Make your profits buy *****ing from old people who need nothing but security for their hard earned money that is to support in the old age.

This money was invested in Evander branch , Mpumalanga province. And this case is being attended by the Secunda branch manager who is failing dismally .. My contact number : **********
