FNB investment and Chat sucks

FNB investment and Primer chat services sucks FNB does not really care in retaining customers. the consultant imp**** that i should move my investment and go to Standard Bank because they FNB cannot match Standard Bank 10.55% over 60 months yet i have been a customer for over 21 years. The Premier chat facility is useless the worst concept FNB introduced.
