FNB investment account
The first national bank has a very poor service my mothers account has been *****ed for the pass 10 months she's been going to the bank almost everyday looking for help to only find out when she gets there that her money will be in her account any time from now . And it's an investment account for a 60 year old black woman at the bank everyday is not appropriate....its the worst bank you can ever use. I will never recommend this bank to any one.

31 Dec 2019, 10:34Here is am again complaining about the poor services you guys give us..you guys are making us fools,,my mother is at the bank again and I bet you will be giving her stories as usual...I swear to God if this issuemail is not resolved by end of the day today...I will personally come there on Thursday to **** up that entire shop on Thursday trust me...and yes it is a threat I don't care if you call the police I'm not scared of them...that shop will be chaos on Thursday morning believe me..every single thing in that shop will be vandalised and there is nothing you are going to do about it...you keep telling us to come back tomorrow for the past 10 months and you keep telling us the same story...tell my mother the same story today and you shall see me properly on Thursday I will personally **** up that shop...we are facing eviction because of you guys and you will tell us that you are sorting out the problem...that's bull****...its time we take matters into our own hands...call the cops and see if I care....you will get what's coming for you....
