FNB investigator officer is trying to take my 332,400 rands

So FNB terminated my bank account because I used it to exchange crypto then asked that I open another bank account so they could forward my 332,000 rands which I did but up till now the investigator who is supposed to send my money to me has stopped responding and even wrote a remark that they should stop calling him After this week I will be taking a legal action against Nhlanhla
