FNB investigations
Thabo Lebepe is the investigator assigned to my case which was opened and closed without any communication beyond acknowledging he received the assignment to work on it. I have tried calling him and Samantha his team leader to date no response, I have even sent several emails but I guess to FNB the sum of R8000 is just another amount. I am disgusted by the service and the run around im getting for a bank that has a zero tolerance policy on ***** cases.

18 Aug 2021, 13:18FNB does not take people seriously. After having written to Hello Peter then only 1000rands and some change is recovered from an 8000 rand case of *****, what is distasteful about this is that the greater some of the amount is from FNB client.
I honestly would want to leave such a bank asap.
