FNB Internet payment

On attempting to purchase a ticket for an overseas trip via internet and after inputing information of where from and whereto date etc, the last step was validating the payment. Message recieved "your financial institution will not authorise". After the first attempt I transfered more money into the c.c account. After the second attempt I thought I had made a typo after the third attempt, transfered the money into another account and tried again without success. Called FNB the following day to be transfered to Private Banking to be transfered to Security. 20 minutes of listening to the most boring music and a dead cell battery, called again. Called Private Banking direct who offered to call the responsible department and left me on hold for a further 20 minutes. I called again to Private Banking and asked that they call me back if they were successful in having someone in Security bother to answer the phone. Eventually the call was answered by a very irrate person, who told me that it was not the bank but the website of the company I was attempting to pay. No help whatsoever. Still unable to use the card for internet payments. I used another cc card from another bank with success.

Today 29/11 at lunch time. Went to FNB Rivonia to draw money from one of the ATMs in the bank. Was told they had "RUN OUT OF MONEY" due to the amount of withdrawals and I was to wait a few minutes - 15 to 20 minutes! I asked if I could withdraw inside the bank and was told that I could but would be charged. Are the staff at FNB on a different planet or is it unreasonable to expect to draw my money when needed.
