FNB internet banking support not working

Hi for some reason my internet banking was blocked, so I had to get it unblocked. I had to call FNB to eventually get the app on my phone reset, but cannot get it corrected on my internet banking side. I phone for support but keep going around in circles and cannot get to a support person. Very frustrating!
