FNB Internet Banking - Chat Help: Non-functional

Avoid contacting FNB via the Chat Function on the App or via their Website. I alerted them to a problem I had, for months they did nothing. I am still having the same problem. No less than four customer service agents dropped my query in the chat that lasted just over an hour before I gave up.
