FNB internet banking and app forever has problems !

I am unable to retrieve statements this morning on the app and internet banking, fnb internet banking and app is consistently unstable! they want to add "cool" features and functions but miss the important fact that the basic functions need to damn work ! we pay so much for bank charges yet the service is so damn poor. I rather go to capitec were the service is cheaper and simpler.
