FNB -INTERNAL ***** NOT PAYING BACK OUR MONEY -Ongoing ***** case promised to be resolved by 29.11.2022

if i could give FNB Vincent park - 1star rating i would referring to an ongoing ***** case ***7EQC , All my husbands money was taken out of his account by an internal factor within the branch. we were given a letter written and signed by Bandile XABA from the ***** investigating team stating that all our money , a total of R 1 043 733 and the account will be restored and returned by 29Nov. in the letter it states a ******** case has been raised against the parties involved, today is 01 DEC 2022 and we do not have our money back.

The ***** occurred on 05 November the day of our wedding. we had to go into FNB and log a ***** case. this RUINED my wedding , it out immense stress on our day

everyday my husband goes into FNB for feedback and gets the run around

I have a SIGNED LETTER STATING MY MONEY WILL BE RETUNED BY 29NOV BUT IT HAS NOT

I have involved the ombudsman, i have involved my lawyers

If i do not get my money back . i will upload all documentation onto social media

My Next Step is to go to SPEAK OUT and Carte Blanche . because what happened to me and my husband is the stuff documentaries and movies are made of

we woke up the day of our wedding busy doing prep in KEI MOUTH we had to travel 80km back into town to log ***** case because some one in FNB internal sector switched off our 2 factor verification and stole all our money our life savings , our house fund , our honey moon money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

our wedding is ruined . if i have even contacted my lawyers and asked if we dont get our money back into our account can we BILL FNB for the wedding that was ruined by the stress, the honey moon we couldn't take because all our funds are gone all our accounts are FROZEN
