FNB online/apps deactivated while I was overseas. On 2023/08/14 I struggled to use my card at an merchant whilst overseas then I couldn't get hold of the department which should have handled the limit increase. Then after that my digital profiles just got deactivated and I don't have enough funds to call the international landline.

I have struggling to get airtime on my phone and had to get people from South Africa to add it to my account. You can call me back on the MTN number.
I have sent the requested documents through to you multiple times.
I have given authorization to travel overseas via the banking app. Ie Region as well as dates.
I have given power of attorney to two trusted parties on the South African side.
Please call me as I am also in the process of seeking legal advice.
