FNB Interim Statement Charge different and much more than communicated!!!

I called for a 3month statement as the one online is only until 6 April due to my statements being set to quarterly only. I then got a transaction history as that is the only way FNB could assist me. The guy said I will be charged R16 for the transaction history, now today it shows that I was charged R116 on my bank account!!! This is ridiculous!! And more so in a time like this.
