FNB interest thievery on credit account, incorrect debiting.

Disguising their thievery through incompetence.

I opened a credit account and was asked MANY times how I would like to pay it off every month. And every time they asked I told them to debit the full balance from my Capitec account so that my balance at the end of the month is always R0. So I don't pay any interest.

Well guess frickin' what?

They failed to do so and I have now paid interest on an amount which should have been paid off on the month it was put on my credit account via my credit card.

That's R160 I probably will never get back from them. And my time wasted chasing them after THEIR incompetence.
