FNB interest ****

At the beginning of December 2020 FNB do not clear my credit card by an amount of R25,012.86 leaving it in my card so that obviously they can then score more interest for more bonuses. I query this with my personal banker who replies by giving me the balances on my Credit Card. Not what I requested as the balances I can check myself. So on the 14th December I send a detailed email to my personal banker of the above problem who replies that it has been referred to the credit card department who will take 48 hours to reply. On the 19th December I remind my personal banker that they are now 72 hours over their SLA .The response is my personal banker is out of office and refers me to Evidence Nyoni and Sibongiseni Johanson. Surprise surprise they are also out of office and refer me to L Acton who conveniently ignores me. I wonder how many other FNB clients were caught with this **** to earn extra interest for bigger bonuses????
