FNB Interest rate is ridiculous!!!!

In light of the Pandemic, I would like to say that I have been a customer with FNB for years more than 20 years and I have taken a loan from them however they charge me the maximum interest rate, I don't understand how FNB can do this to their loyal customers!! They never review anything! I mean I'm paying R5300 but in actual fact I am only paying R2000 almost R3000 goes to interest, really FNB!! once this loan is paid I will never do Business with you again and I will move not only my account but everyone that I know will follow me!!!!
