FNB INSURE - THE WORST SERVICE

I insured my new car in 2014 with FNB Insurance. I added my mom and dad to this policy as well. My mom sold her car in April 2018 and I sent a mail to have her vehicle removed from my policy on 27 April 2018. I received an automated message but no further correspondence. At the end of May 2018 my debit order went off with my mom's vehicle included. I have since made several phone calls, sent many emails and gone through a lot of different people trying to sort this out, all whilst still be debited for my mom's car insurance. I received a mail from a Robyn Booysen on 23 August 2018 to say that the removal of my mom's vehicle had been resolved and backdated to when I cancelled in April 2018. I was told I would receive my new quotation for my vehicle. I received a mail from FNB Insure with my new policy document but there was no attachment. I rep**** but have still not received my new policy document. On 26 September 2018 my debit order for FNB Insure came off again and sure enough ………………. it includes my mom's car. That is now the 6th month that I have paid for a car that we no longer own.

WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE TO GET THIS MATTER RESOLVED ??????????????? WHEN AM I GOING TO BE REIMBURSED FOR 6 MONTHS OF PAYING TO INSURE MY MOTHER'S SOLD CAR ??????????????????? I AM AT MY WITTS END WITH FNB INSURE …………………..YOUR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING !!!!!!!!!!!!!
