FNB Insure is a **** that you cannot get out of!!!

My husband has tried to cancel Law on Call (FNB Insure) 3 times now. Every time they say it is cancelled and that it will stop, yet the debit order continues. When he tries to stop the debit order, it doesn't even give him the option. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! There is no way out of this and FNB keep making money through processes that trap their customers. My husband is even willing to close his account to stop this. This is not about the money; it is the powerlessness to not be able to do anything about it.
