FNB INSURE (Home/household contents): A total rip-off; doing everything not to payout your claim in full

FNB INSURE (Home/household contents) ********!!!! - a hellish experience that has left me wanting to quit banking with FNB entirely! I know the insurance industry comes across as ********* in general, but experience with my claim through FNB Insure has topped the worst of the worst of my perception. I after not getting feedback on my claim for nearly a month; a claim calculation process that is not communicated upfront and not included in policy documents; and an assessment process that isn’t explained - I was made to hold on the phone endlessly, told the claim is averaged on items I bought after starting the policy and that pay out would be 15k of 60k worth of ****** goods. What the hell are we paying insurance for if we can’t replace our goods!!!!! I’m done with FNB! So I was violated by ********* in my home; and again violated by a bank I have been a client of for 20 years!
