FNB INSURE HAS NO IDEA ABOUT INSURANCE

FNB Insurance is absolutely appalling with their service and claim’s experience.

I have struggled for over two weeks to get any sort of feedback with regards to my vehicle repairs. No one cares to give any feedback as to how the process is going yet they have the nerve to increase my premiums and excess right after approving my claim - an accident that was not even my fault and of which I provided them with all the information of the party responsible for the accident. Disgusting
