Fnb insure FNB Building insurance, I put a claim with fnb insure for a geyser that needed an element change, they sent an assessor who said the problem was the electricity circuit board and closed the claim. Got a plumber who confirmed that I need a new geyser. Well got back to fnb they sent same assessor who insists that there's nothing wrong with the geyser but rather an electrical problem. How come their assessor twice fails to see the problem with the geyser. FNB will take your money and do everything in their power to get assessors that will not do their job. Imagine I'm paying insurance for such incidents then still have to pay other people to fix what insurance does not want to fix 😕
