FNB insure ***976 / Excess Item Fee 1 Ite Ms On

I an experiencing an issue with FNB. i recently opened a business account and i am already unhappy with the experience. my issue is that when i was applying for this account i was notified of the monthly transaction fees and i clearly stated the option i wanted. FNB has debited questionable amounts for services i specifically remember not opting for. They make you go through tons of consultants for a simple query. i waste airtime and time just trying to get an explanation for these ********** FNB transactions. on top of that they charge an “Excess fee” for charges that THEY made off MY account.

How is it possible that every consultant i speak to does not know the answer to my query and cannot help me! FNB has poor service and many people warned me, i finally see for myself.
