FNB Insurance - Worst Insurance

One star is still too much. They are quick to state that all calls are recorded unless it can be used against them, logged a claim in December, still not resloved. No communication no feedback, they lose the claim numbers, rude staff refusing to escalate calls. They quick to take money but you have no cover with these guys.
