FNB Insurance - worst experience

I am with FNB insurance. My house was recently flooded and I have been having so much issues with the FNB insurance. They are not responsive, they dont keep you informed on progress. They refuse to pay all the damages even if it is listed in the 4 of the 5 contractors reports. They take the cheapest quote whether it includes all repairs or not and the assessors are rude and have no idea what is going on. I have escalated this to the complaint section yesterday. They dont even respond. I am fed up.
