Fnb Insurance worst ever and hides away

Logged an insurance claim for storm damage in November 2024, (claim number: RNM22067). FNB insurance refused to adjust the claim payout where the payout won't even cover labour cost. Contacted Fnb insurance today, they say that the claim is rejected and will respond in 45 days. The 45 days has passed and FNB insurance now completely hides away.

DON'T EVER INSURE WITH FNB, if you have your insurance with FNB change ASAP.
