FNB INSURANCE WITHOLD PAYMENTS FOR APPROVED CLAIMS!!!!

FNB withhold insurance payments of approved claims and keep informing you to wait another few days with pathetic excuses. Once again empty promises from FNB Short Term Insurance Department. Since this claim started, I was nothing except disappointed by the handling of things and I am a Broker and KNOW HOW CLIENTS SHOULD BE TREATED AND HOW CLAIMS SHOULD BE HANDLED!!!!!
