FNB Insurance troubles

Terrible experience with their insurance. We had a break-in on January 03, 2026 and until today it has not been resolved. I keep following up and they keep telling me,"We are busy validating" they they ask questions, of which I had to call they didn't call me. Questions that could've been asked ages ago, if needed.
