FNB Insurance - tough to contact!

I decided a while back to try consolidate and bring my products with my bank as I thought it would be easier. I moved over many products, including my short term insurance.

But I’m starting to see this was a mistake due to lack of broker and any easy way to get a quote to add a vehicle. I’ve tried Secure Chat, email, phoning … but nothing.

I need quote today or risk losing the car I’m looking at. How easy would be to get someone to phone me?
