I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank FNB Insurance ( Kumaren and Azwihangwisi) for the excellent service and assistance provided throughout my motor claim process. Following the incident, the situation was quite stressful for me, especially as there was initially uncer*****y around how the matter would be resolved. However, from the moment FNB Insurance became involved, the process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great communication throughout. Azwihangwisi, thank you for your prompt assistance, regular updates, and professionalism during the claim process. Kumarin, thank you as well for the assessment process and for ensuring everything was handled thoroughly and efficiently. I truly appreciate the quick turnaround, support, and the manner in which the entire process was managed from start to finish. It made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. I am also hopeful that the recovery process with the third party insurer will be successful. I would also like to mention that since moving from Absa to FNB, experiences like this have truly shown me why FNB stands out.
