FNB Insurance taking my money when i dont have their products for two months now

I did a quote with FNB insurance and i didn't accepted their quote but because i'm banking with FNB they taking advantage and debiting R1570.37 from my account without my permission..., "Ryan Murray" as a manage he apologized and again now they tool same amount from my account which i'm trying to get it reversed from their side they not helping me and "Keatla Monyane" said i'll get my money now he is no where to be found as i'm sending email after email trying to get feedback regarding the same.

I tried to contact them and Unknown lady she shouted at me while i was trying to get my money back because my bank do not have permission to reverse as is taken by FNB service provider..., this is how useless they are.

This is not good at all and i wish if i know someone who can assist me to sue (institute legal proceedings against) this FNB Insurance because not i need to suffer when they took my money.
