Fnb insurance sucks
Your insurance department or whoever does calculations sucks,I upgraded my car to the a better one with a price difference of about R160k and now I was given a premium almost double what I paid for the previous model,I mean really, on top of that your consultant Anthony **** to me in order to keep me as a customer after I have agreed another premium with Budget insurance only for the premium to escalate,that's *****

08 Nov 2023, 05:04I have cancelled this policy of yours on Monday the 6th of November, I was told I would receive my refund within 24 to 48 hrs,FNB is taking advantage,I haven't received even the cancelation confirmation, its like am being held hostage for what mine,what the ****? How am I supposed to pay for the new insurance I have secured? This is bull****,I'll never recommend this nonsense to anyone out there,infact I'll fast track warning people about joining your insurance
