FNB Insurance *****ing from clients

This is for FNB Insurance. I left this review over a month ago and have not had anyone call me.

My policy was increased for no valid reason on 1 May, and I only received notification of this on 8 May. When I disputed this it was not enforced the following month, but now I am told I am not to be re-imbursed for the wrong amount that was deducted in May. Basically theft.
