FNB insurance rejects claim causes by natural disasters
Claim rejected because I did not inform insurance prior vehicle being fixed. Incident caused by natural disasters whereas i have full comprehensive insurance.

19 Aug 2025, 10:16I have logged this complaint on 24 July 2025, now we are approaching end of August with no response nor feedback. I have called more than twice weekly and still no feedback. I am on the line now holding for more than an hour and the call is not being picked.
